worst shipper very slow checked in at 10:21am they said your appointment at 12:00pm and its 5:10pm im waiting, i went inside to check the guy tells me did i call you? don’t come here until i call you 🤔 very bad attitude these people should be gone peneske is a big company known by everyone you dont need people like this to lower your name hopefully someone takes care of this mess

Waiting for more than 5 hours and still waiting.
🚨WARNING🚨 INHUMANE TREATMENT🚨LIARS...LIARS🚨 MENTIROSOS🚨 Avoid this location if you value your time or your sanity. I am a very patient person, but this facility is a complete disaster. I spent over 9 hours waiting to deliver a single load ...(11skids,triple-stacked which took them literally 5min to unload)...with zero communication. To make matters worse, receiving & shippinv is incredibly unprofessional. They treat drivers like "garbage" and speaks to people with total "l'm the boss I do what ever I want with you attitude" It’s one thing to have a slow operation, but it’s another to be power-tripping and rude to the people...the truck drives which are bringing you your freight. We need respect !!! #respect I’m calling on the local leadership, including General Manager and the warehouse supervisors, to look into the toxic environment being created at this location. One of the worst company. Came at 1 pm they said appointment at 3 pm,Loaded 7 pm. Drivers be patient.
