Facility info

Staff remembers repeat customers Check-in process problematic — shipping office blocked by yellow door marked "no truck drivers," blinds closed, no buzzer or bell to get attention; drivers resort to yelling Once assigned a door, unloading is fast Flexible on appointment timing — driver accepted day early without issue Easy parking available Staff friendly when you connect with them Load scheduling appears to run behind sometimes Facility needs better communication system at check-in (buzzer recommended by multiple drivers)
