Facility info

OPERATIONS Strict appointment windows only — won't take you more than 30 min early, will turn you away. Check in 30 min before appointment. Unload/load times consistently 3–8 hours; many reports of 4+ hour waits at dock before work starts. Drop and hook available but live load/unload also offered; gate assigns door and setup instructions upon arrival. Enter on Milwaukee Ave, not 26th St (26th is employee parking only). Some entrance issues: narrow for 53-footers with spike hazard damaging tires. FACILITY EXPERIENCE No overnight parking on-site; nearby Love's lot consistently full with no parking available. Bathrooms available near security shack/ramp area; one dock (#123) has no restroom access. Staff attitude highly variable — some guard personnel friendly and helpful, others rude and dismissive. Check-in staff reported as particularly curt. Yard conditions: tight maneuver spaces, staging lot on left from guard shack, dirty frontage road parking if used as alternative. GPS may route you to wrong entrance.

They're slow and have a habit of poorly loading trailers. My last two times there have both been overweight on the drives. First time I had to go back three times to get it reworked before they finally got it right. The last time only took them one rework to get it right. I've come here many times through the years and it's a 50/50 shot whether or not they'll get it right.

Attention truckers this facility is only by appointments. Do not even try to get there early. Just go by your appointment and on average they will take more than two hours for pick up or delivery. But it depends what you have. Best of luck…….

You've had other complaints about loading the rear end of the trailer 35,900 lb and that's what happened to this one

Be careful, be careful, be careful. When I reached this location, I came to the gate for checking. There was a lady there who was talking very rudely and she asked me to tandem back and after that you can go ahead. When I came forward, there is very little space here in which it is very difficult to turn the truck. With tandem back, the lady who does not have a CDL Class A license was explaining to me. They behave very rudely here. I request all the drivers to be careful and do not pick up their load because here everyone is doing it in their own way. Their space will be very less.
