I don't usually give places bad reviews but this one is the worst of the worst, 1st they load me 3/26 with 10172 cases (23) pallets if I'm not mistaken,going to distibuquick okc, got unloaded the next day, and consignee took only 207 cases (6pallets) also consignee told me this is the third time , pepsico (same place) did the same thing to them, now I have to sit with they're load in okc for the week ends with 17 pallets to go back in blue spring mo,they give me appt Tuesday 3/31 2026 8 am, total of 6 days,,but I'm here now (Monday)try to see if they gonna unload me early because they're load is about to expired, check in with the guard he cool as hell, he try to get a hold of em no answer he told me just drive around the building and check in with them (shipping)but no luck they said they won't take it early, I understand, like I said the load is getting closed to get expired but nope, got to go back tomorrow first thing in the morning,and not only that we lost a lot of money because of this poor management (PepsiCo) this need to get addressed, Please excuse my accent...
No to bad they load me in average time
This was our first time picking up a load here, and it was a smooth experience overall. Our appointment was at 9:30 AM, and we were allowed to enter the guard shack a little before 9:00 to wait inside. They let you check in up to 30 minutes before your appointment, so it’s important to respect their schedule since this is a busy facility—don’t arrive hours early. Once checked in, the loading process went great and was completed within about two hours. No complaints at all. The staff was friendly from start to finish, and they even have clean restrooms available for drivers, which is a big plus these days. We’d definitely come back again. Keep up the good work, and thank you!
The check in staff and the gate are very polite but once ur docked they load one pallet every 30 min I have been at this location a few times now and 5 hrs seriously do better please (dry)
