Appointments often meaningless — scheduled times regularly missed by 4-10+ hours; arrive early if possible Live load painfully slow — 4-6 hours standard, sometimes 10+; drop and hook faster but still unpredictable Tight yard, limited space — expect trailer damage at docks; tight backing conditions Overnight parking available — lot behind facility near pond; be ready for bird-scare cannons going off every ~10 minutes Bathrooms minimal or absent — porter potties when available, sometimes none; bring supplies Staff mixed bag — some genuinely helpful and kind, others unprofessional or dismissive; plant smell is constant and severe Facility conditions poor — strong odor throughout; crowded lot creates parking frustration and staff friction

You would think they wouldn't have all these expensive cars in the way of big trucks i'm trying to maneuver around the place. this setup is probably the worst i've ever seen in eighteen years
Slow staff had no respect for truck drivers just seems like they work like on vacation style only the security guard lady is the best because I ask the receiving staff restroom already 3 hours waiting & the guy was acting like no restroom? Then asked security guard for restroom was considerate & very cool really respect that lady but receiving guys were so rude and soooooooooooo unprofessional & disrespectful so OMG
I tried to use bathroom and they refused to let me. They said we don’t allow truck drivers to use bathroom. The truck drivers are sitting here for hours waiting to get load or unload.
This place sucks. I will not come back.
