The people are nice unless it’s the overnight crew then they are rude and don’t forget your vest before walking in, and overnight parking if needed so 1 star. Arrived at 8 pm drop trailer. And bt to an out of the way spot. 1:30 pm following day get a knock on door, my trailer is loaded, got handed a seal. Did pre trip went pulled trailer out of door and went in for paperwork. Gave them my load number just to be told that my load wasn’t ready. I told them I was told to get my trailer out of the door that it was ready and it is my trailer but then they looked to realize they loaded the wrong trailer. I had someone else load on my trailer. They had me drop my trailer and a yard dog put it back in a door and I bt back over to my spot. They then came back about 3 pm and said my load was ready again, I asked if they were sure. He came back just to say not it’s my trailer. My load won’t be ready till at least midnight tonight. Small dirt lot, 8 doors, not much room for maneuvering. It is now midnight 30 and the guy who was rude in the office called to put me in a door however they had me drop my trailer 28 hours ago and have moved it since then. So I don’t know where it is even at. Then dude hung up on me.
