Facility info
Wait times highly inconsistent — ranges from immediate to 5 hours; some delays even with scheduled appointments Docking difficulty varies by reviewer — described as "not difficult" to "worst place" to dock a 53-footer; tight maneuvering space, lots of parked cars on-site Unload speed inconsistent — ranges from under 30 minutes to 2+ hours Staff attitude mixed but leans positive when contact happens — described as "friendly," "courteous," and "professional" by some; others report slow/lazy service Overnight parking available on-site per at least one driver; truck stops nearby within a mile Facility appears to stop receiving deliveries around mid-day — aim for morning arrival Appointment scheduling in place but adherence appears loose; late arrivals still accommodated
Driver reviews
A very slow company, they work slowly, there is little room for maneuver, I hope we don't meet again.
Arrived 1145 cst checked in 1151 CST appointment was for 0800. Got me unloaded and put by 1300 cst
Enough space to dock a truck, no problem. Got unloaded right away.
