Generally quick unload times (under 10 minutes to 1.5+ hours depending on load). Some wait times possible if arriving early for afternoon appointments. Staff will bring paperwork to your truck when done. Overnight parking: Available, especially for early morning appointments. Plenty of maneuvering space for large trucks. Facilities: Clean restrooms available. No microwave for drivers. Occasionally offers free cookies. Staff: Generally friendly and professional. Receiving staff responsive and cooperative. Guys it’s unbelievable to see the guy that loaded me , he’s one of a kind, very nice place , easy to park, they treat people with respect, specially the guy that loaded me, ℹ even offered him a tip , he said no , a review will be better, absolutely well deserved..
I wish I can give them 0 I picked up a load for PRIMED TRANSPORT for them from NH to drop at this RI and I had to reloaded my driver arrived for delivery at 3:30 and they unloaded him very quickly and then they want him to change a door for he is reloaded after they switch it door 29 they disappeared even the broker they ignored me we emailed them called them no one is responding they did it on purposely i don't know why they can tell us simply the load wasn't ready from 9 am to the next morning don't do what i made mistake after 3:30pm
Nothing but great customer service from this team! I stopped in the day before my appointment just to ask what time I could check in the next day; they got me in a door and loaded a day early! Doesn't always pan out like that but grateful when it does. From the receiving clerks to the warehouse floor crew I was met with great and positive vibes. Thank you pyramid!
