Operations Appointments required; don't show more than 1–2 hours early or you'll be refused. More than 1 hour late = reschedule. Live unload only. Lumper required; expect $250+ in fees plus long wait for paperwork (1–3+ hours common). Check-in quick, but dock assignment and actual unload can take 4–10+ hours. Many loads see 6–8 hour total waits. Facility experience 400-side docks are extremely tight—requires adjacent driver to disconnect trailer. 300-side slightly better but still cramped. Blindside backing into staging required. No overnight parking legal; $60 street parking tickets issued nightly on Manville. No bathrooms or facilities for drivers. Guard shack staff mixed (some friendly, some rude). Receiving office consistently reported as slow, dismissive, disrespectful. Unloading glacially slow—5+ hours for small loads not uncommon. Dock has taken visible damage (scraped wall, fender marks); poor facility design and layout.

The docks are tight and the receiving office is so slow it took 4 hours to get paperwork for 8 pallets and 3 hours to get unloaded before that they are rude and hateful.

The guard at the gate was nice and, so far, the other people are. But make sure you have a reflective high-vis vest or they won't let you on the property. Then, hopefully you won't get door 316 or so. Because after you back in, you will need to walk the entire distance around the building to give paperwork to recieving. Then walk back. And need to be backed in beforehand. So you can't save steps. But then again,,, who doesn't like a 2 mile walk. At least it wasn't raining. But after that little hike, I gotta say, they did get me straight into a door. But it just bites that it was door 316. And I had to walk all the way around the building to give them paperwork. I know folks will try to say something about me complaining about the hike. But when it come your turn, at least you're prepared and not caught off guard. And I hope it isn't raining for ya.
