Horrible customer service from the lady working at receiving office, spent 20 minutes calling the phone number outside gate because no other information was posted on gate besides receiving hours from 5:30 to 2 p.m., was finally left through the gate due to the diligence of my dispatch, continue to knock on receiving door to get someone's attention to have that lady there working receiving come out with attitude that were disturbing them during their lunch hour and they don't do any service, that we should have seen the the mysteriously invisible posted sign at their gate I came in through, when exiting after my pickup, I parked to get out and look for the sign. There was no sign posted
