CHECK-IN & OPERATIONS Drop and hook — leave trailer at assigned dock, bobtail to waiting lot across the street. They call when loaded. Electronic signatures on BOLs. Appointments available; early arrivals sometimes accommodated with immediate dock assignment. Schneider loads here. Must slide tandems before dropping. LOADING TIMES Highly variable: ranges from 1.5 hours to 12+ hours. Most common range 3–6 hours. Light loads tend to faster. Some delays tied to lunch breaks and staff availability. A few reports of 4+ hour waits despite on-time arrival. FACILITY Ample backing space at main docks. Older left-side docks tight for maneuvering — approach from far right or use blind-side backing if experienced. Overnight parking available in lot across street and in front of warehouse. Gravel lot across road and nearby Hardee's (1 mile) used for bobtail waiting. STAFF & ATTITUDE Generally courteous and polite. Shipping/receiving staff described as nice. Supervisor noted for going above and beyond on difficult loads. One notable exception: mask policy complaints (inconsistent enforcement, staff resistance, overly strict at times). SAFETY & REQUIREMENTS Masks required at check-in (though enforcement inconsistent per reviews from 2022). Plexiglass barriers at office. LOCATION 3009 Gilchrist Road, PA.
