Facility info
Wait times are wildly inconsistent — ranges from 30 minutes to 28 hours. Many reports of 4-7+ hour waits with no clear reason. Some drivers get lucky with quick turnarounds; most don't. Live load vs. drop and hook matters — drop and hook typically faster (under an hour). Live loads unpredictable and often prolonged. Some reports of drop turning into live load mid-process. Appointment system unreliable — appointments don't guarantee priority. Facility operates first-come, first-serve despite scheduled times. Don't expect to be taken at appointment window. Load readiness is a chronic issue — loads frequently not ready at scheduled time. Staff says "30 more minutes" repeatedly. Multiple reports of loads delayed by days or not ready at all. Office staff communication poor — described as disorganized, unprofessional, unqualified. Hard to get responses. Staff uncertain about load status or procedures. Limited dock capacity — only 1-2 live unload doors creates bottlenecks. Yard often filled with trailers blocking access. Facility cleanliness below standard — dirty wait rooms, filthy restrooms, yard full of potholes. Poor maintenance overall. Yard layout tight and difficult — narrow entrance/exit, one-way traffic pattern. Maneuvering challenging for larger rigs. No overnight parking — confirmed at main location (Mon-Fri 24hr operation, closed weekends). Staff attitude inconsistent — some drivers report friendly, professional staff; others report rude, lazy behavior. Quality appears to depend on who you interact with. Check-in required — must check at shipping/receiving office (first door on left when entering). Have paperwork ready. Roll stock deliveries: docks 23-24 only, leave paperwork in trailer, slide tandems. Safety concerns noted — poor load securement reported; improper weight distribution issues.
Driver reviews
Drop and hook was simple enough. The yard has plenty of room to maneuver. Beware the entrance can get congested, so it is best to park yourself in one of the many open spots before walking to the shipping/receiving office. That way other drivers can pull in without getting stuck on the roadway.

Employees were friendly and paperwork was super quick. Loved the yard dog - he had a great attitude. Would happily deliver/pick up from here again.
If you have to deliver roll stock here, all I can say avoid this company at all cost. They say, they go by appointment but they don't, they go by number. If you end up in adjacent lot next door, make sure you keep checking which number is getting unloaded because lazy switchers might not and you'll end up sitting there all day. They have one guy working both docks.
This the worst where house I ever seen in my fourth year career I been here since 8 am for delivery I got unloaded at 2:45 pm and I have pickup I’m at the dock waiting more than 6 hours also this worst place I ever been
Will have you sit a door and just say they get you soon. Everyone here is 1st day work or training. Office dont know nothing
