Facility info

Operations Appointment scheduling required. Will occasionally take drivers early (sometimes 2-3 hours before appointment). Load/unload times wildly inconsistent—ranges from 15-20 minutes to 4+ hours. Most common complaint is unload slowness, with some reviews attributing it to minimal staffing. Check-in described as fast and friendly. Drop and hook capability unclear from reviews. Facility experience Overnight parking available on either end of building—ample space. Bathrooms confirmed clean. Staff consistently described as friendly, nice, accommodating. Lot easy to maneuver. Easy to locate via GPS. Dock areas easy to back into. The reality Loading speed varies drastically—some drivers loaded in 15-30 minutes, others waited 3-4+ hours. Unloading notably slower and more problematic than loading. A few drivers report waiting extra 2+ hours despite having appointments. Best experience seems to come from arriving early; some got loaded 2-3 hours before appointment time. Staff attitude is the one consistently positive element across reviews.
