I've been standing here for 15 hours but they haven't unloaded. I've been standing in the dark for 50 minutes now, but they haven't started unloading yet. There's no one in the office either. They have wasted a lot of my time.
Zero star,I would strongly advise other drivers to avoid this place if possible, unless you’re ready to waste hours of your time for nothing. Extremely frustrating experience with this shipper. Pickup time was 1 pm now it's around 4.30 pm,I’ve been waiting here for over 3 hours and they still haven’t even started loading my truck. No updates, no clear timeline, and no accountability from anyone on site. It feels like drivers’ time means nothing to them. We work on tight schedules, and delays like this cost money and mess up the entire day.
