ENTRY: Second driveway on right, guard shack at entrance. South side semi entrance also available. Check in at door next to dock #100 or door 243 depending on which entrance used. APPOINTMENTS: Required. Operating hours 6am–6pm only (not 24hr). Drivers can arrive early and typically will be worked in, but don't show before 7am. CHECK-IN: Guard directs you, then office staff fill out form. Automated check-in available at some doors. Usually fast. LIVE LOAD/UNLOAD: Live unload standard. Drop trailer in assigned door, bobtail to spots 301–315 to wait. Disconnect before arriving, don't hook back up until completely finished. WAIT TIMES: Highly variable. Most loads complete within 1–2 hours, but some drivers report 2–5 hour waits. LTL loads may face longer delays. Facility houses 6 customer companies; some (like Ricos Grocery) don't start until 8am. Shipping office closes 12–1pm for lunch. PARKING: No overnight parking inside facility. Dirt lot at south entrance available but has deep ditch surrounding it—park carefully. Street parking available outside fence. YARD MANEUVERABILITY: Good spacing to maneuver. Lots of parking spots. No U-turns allowed—must back all the way around. RESTROOMS: Available. Located near office, some distance from loading area. STAFF: Mixed reviews. Generally polite and respectful to drivers, but some inconsistency. Guard shack staff generally well-regarded. Office staff attitude varies; occasional reports of dismissiveness. FACILITY CONDITIONS: Well-maintained. Multiple rules in place. Typically clean and organized.
