I had a drop-and-hook load here, but they refused to accept the trailer and told me to wait more than two days. They said the appointment was incorrect, and yes, that mistake was on the broker’s side. But I still don’t understand why the company could not simply keep the load and let me continue working. This was not a live unload — it was a drop and hook. Because of the poor coordination and lack of flexibility, I lost two full days sitting and waiting. Very frustrating experience for a driver.

Women at the security desk is useless. No other company ever requires scheduling for a drop and hook. The incompetence is off the charts.
