No-detention policy: this shipper does NOT pay detention past 2 hours, regardless of what brokers claim. Wait times: Highly variable and problematic. 2–3 hours typical, but 4–8+ hour waits common. Some drivers report loading before appointment if staff willing; others held well past scheduled time with no compensation. Check-in procedure: Report to Door 25 on the WEST side of building (ignore directional signs—shipping and receiving both on west side). Bring 2 load straps/bars; staff may not provide them and have been known to misplace driver straps. Load quality: Quick, even loading when you get a dock. Loaders work fast. Staff: Highly inconsistent. Some staff (check-in window personnel) range from very friendly to hostile/impatient. Respectful approach may improve experience, but professionalism varies significantly.
