No dock numbers — count them yourself. Overnight parking not viable — use truck stop instead. Restrooms available — no vending or driver lounge. Yard conditions: Spacious, easy to maneuver. Two-way alley traffic on west side. Staff highly inconsistent — range from excellent/friendly to rude/aggressive. Receiving staff variability is notable issue. Safety strict — enforce policies, equipment reqs (6 straps or load bars for tissue loads). Operating hours: Mon–Fri 7am–4:30pm, Sat 7am–11:30am.

Very nice people there and a great place to deliver
I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding one of the shipping staff members at your facility on Market Center Dr at 2:45 PM. I do not know her name, but she is an older African American woman currently working in shipping. I come to this location frequently, and unfortunately, I have consistently experienced unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from her. Not only has she been rude toward me, but I have also observed similar treatment toward other drivers. Her communication style is often aggressive and dismissive. On one occasion, she told me, “listen up, I’m going to tell you this one time and one time only,” which I found unnecessary and disrespectful. When I attempt to ask questions or seek clarification, she refuses to repeat instructions or provide guidance. As a driver, I ask questions to ensure I fully understand procedures so that my truck is handled safely and that everyone involved in unloading remains safe. Being denied clear communication creates confusion and can potentially lead to unsafe situations. I have been coming to this location for some time, and the level of professionalism I previously experienced from staff in this role was much higher. This ongoing issue has made visits increasingly frustrating and difficult. I respectfully ask that this matter be addressed so that drivers can be treated with professionalism and given the clear communication needed to do their jobs safely and effectively. Very friendly staff, only appointment and don't going there earlier! No overnight parking! Unloading time 30 minutes!
Nice lady in the office, but yard dogs are rude and lazy.
My second time here and everything is smooth and fast loading. The gentleman at shipping office is super nice. Thank you guys and keep it up 👍
