Schwan's Home Services

Operator: Schwans Foods
Facility info
This is not a truck driver facility. These reviews are for a food delivery service (Schwan's), not a freight/trucking operation. The content covers frozen food products, home delivery scheduling, and customer service — not truck driver amenities, load operations, or logistics facility services. If you have reviews for an actual truck stop or freight facility, I'm ready to summarize those.

NO phone number. Yes we’re open 24 hours. No, don’t call. Don’t place any orders. Just figure that we don’t wanna do any business. We just wanna read your catalog and line the birdcage with it.
Our guy, ((spell) Cordell, is the best. I had Dr appt and Cordell came that day and a creepy man approached my wife, long story, but this man stayed at my house until he left. Cordell sensed something wrong and stayed with my wife. Don't care what you say he, Cordell was human and went well up and beyond his duty. Wish corporate would recognize him
Have had two delivery dates and two no-shows, no explanations. Called customer service twice and neither person could explain a darn thing. Worthless company. I know food is good, but Vegas delivery and customer service is beyond the worst. They have no clue what is going on.
I love Schwan’s food and my delivery guy is amazing:)
