DOCK WAIT TIMES & APPOINTMENTS Notorious for long waits. 4-12+ hours common even with appointment. Appointments largely ignored—FCFS system despite what paperwork says. Some drivers report getting dock instantly, others wait 6+ hours for same facility. Highly inconsistent. Once in dock, loading typically 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on load size. OPERATIONS Live unload facility. Opens 7am weekdays, 7am-11pm weekends. Check-in requires 20+ items from dispatch—can be slow to reach office by phone after initial call. Two different check-in windows can cause confusion. Some loads rejected for cleanliness or contamination concerns (glass, odor, fiber). Rollstock loads hit capacity mid-day—try checking in before noon if possible. Tight backing in spots. FACILITY Overnight parking allowed. Porta potties only—no indoor bathrooms. Located at 6815 Blue Bldg or Dixie Warehouse; entrance is small gate, easy to miss. Stairs required to reach office. Multiple warehouses on property (Georgia Pacific, Graphic Packaging) with different door numbers—confirm your receiving location. STAFF & ATMOSPHERE Mixed. Many report friendly, respectful office staff and individual loaders who work fast. Others report lazy staff, frequent smoke breaks, rudeness. Experience varies wildly by shift and individual. REALITY CHECK Plan for significant wait. Bring food and drinks. Appointments don't guarantee priority. Not worth the time for owner-operators on tight margins. Company drivers paid hourly report better experiences than brokers/contractors.

Drivers stay away from here 6 hours and still being unloaded for 8 paper rolls! Normal places with this load in and out 20 minutes this place 4 hours to get a door and now 2 hours in the door and still being unloaded like wow this is unbelievable. 8 trips in and out of the trailer with a forklift this is just straight disrespectful sure a little detention pay but that doesn’t cover the day I lost as my next load now will be closed by the time I make it there and will have to pick it up tomorrow and the delivery pushed out another day so that’s a days worth of miles I lost. DRIVERS STAY AWAY FROM THIS INEFFICIENT DISRESPECTFUL PLACE!!! And they were not even busy except busy putting cones in front of trucks that’s the amount t of time it should take to unload this type of load. So disturbed at why has taken place here today. Wow just wow. Arkansas living up to its reputation I guess smh.
Very very very very lazy employees who don't know the rules of appointments.
Live unload at 17:00. Arrived 1.5 hr early. Got docked upon arrival. If u have trouble locating building, look for Spartan Logistics trailers. For shipping continue straight once u turn in. Receiving make 1st right. Check in by dock 21
GPI have two locations if your coming to the 2nd location at 8501 state hwy 45 pick up hours are 7-2:30 I checked in at 6:45. This location only has two doors available to them this warehouse is apart of cold storage so they care only allowed two dock doors. They load quick, have overnight parking but if yu come here plan on staying overnight make sure yu get all your needs done before yu get here as I stated before the entire warehouse close at 2:30 so no bathrooms. Make sure yu have 2 load locks they require that, if yu get a wash out or if yu had a load before that was cold let your trl dry completely out thy can not load yu with any wet or condensation in your trl. Check-in by door 28. 7-2:30 it’s first come first served even if yu have a appointment because of them only having two doors to load yu hope this helps
