I had a great experience here. Arrived with 18 pallets. Directions were straightforward at the guard shack. Appt at 10:30 Arrived at 9:45 Received a dock door right away Unload complete by 11:20 Lumper $345 Everything was smooth and they brought the paperwork to my truck, directions were to take bills to door 14 and put it in the mailbox upon arriving, but before I could get out the truck an employee took it for me. You won’t get a lumper text they will come outside and let you know how much it is. They also have EFS checks. There is no overnight parking, but there is a clean place to park called Mobile about 5 minutes away. Make sure you have your safety vest, and use your flashers on the property.
Takes too long to unload
I will never come back here again. Showed up at 0200 for 0300 appt. Didn’t get a door until 0500 sat in door until 0700 before they even touched me. And didn’t get out until 0930. Made me miss my appt for my second drop. I watched them unload other trucks that hit the dock after I did before they ever touched me.
This place is horrible and will take 4 hours or longer. I had 1:15 am appointment and checked in 4 hours early. I was done around 4:30 am. Not a good place for delivery and you most likely will loose your next load. Avoid coming here.
