Worst delivery experience ever. It took this company 5 hours just to unload 5 pallets. Extremely slow, unorganized, and disrespectful of drivers’ time. No urgency, poor communication, and terrible service overall. Companies like this make deliveries a nightmare. Would avoid delivering here again if possible.
I came at appointment but they told me they messed up my appointment, and made me wait here 4 days. They said broker messed up, broker said customer messed up, but in the end I had to wait. I had to cancel my future loads. They couldn’t take me earlier.

First of all, you gotta know what time your appointment The broker told my DISPATCH 3-8, wrong, came at 6, Two hours waiting for the phone call three hours sitting on the Dock door Waiting for unloading Asked a woman what takes so long she said we are short staffed today, but I am inspector. Let me check your product turn out. It’s a “not good “quality., I believe they didn’t wanna do their job, How to deliver it somewhere else another 3 Hour drive… will not come back here again Thank you
