UNLOAD TIMES Highly variable and unpredictable. Range from under 2 hours to 8-10+ hours. Most common complaint. Quality control checks add significant time. Paperwork processing is consistently slow—often 2-4 additional hours after unload completes. Large load breakdowns can extend timeline dramatically. LUMPER FEES High ($450-680 range reported). Lumper service is Capstone. Some pallets charge individually ($130 for single pallet reported). Fees paid before or during unload. FACILITY & MANEUVERING Very tight backing and maneuvering. Difficult blind-side 90-degree angles into mirror-to-mirror docks common, especially end doors or frozen side (doors 63+). Spartan trailers scattered throughout make navigation harder. Potholes in lot. Entrance on south side off Kingwood—GPS often directs to wrong entrance. Docks numbered up to 73. Dry side receiving office at door 62. PARKING On-site lot very small. Street parking recommended and common. Can park overnight on street. Some overnight lot available but mostly occupied by facility trailers. BATHROOMS No trucker bathrooms available. Multiple reports of refusal to allow driver access. STAFF & ATTITUDE Highly inconsistent. Reports range from "super helpful" and "nice people" to "rude," "aggressive," "hams attitude," and "disrespectful." Call box staff attitude variable. Security can be helpful with check-in instructions. Reception staff in office sometimes unavailable or hard to locate. LIVE UNLOAD Live unload only—no drop and hook. MISC Verify correct delivery address on BOL—multiple address options exist in area. Can be difficult to reach by phone during off-hours.
