  I had to use them to ship something for my business. I was the only one in the lobby and wasn’t helped until they all finished their cigarettes. When I asked if I could use their restroom Matt, the general manger, simply said “no” without any explanation. But, if you are a regular customer you can walk right through the door to be helped. Hopefully I don’t have to use them again.

  Matt, Nate, and the crew at Quantem Aviation are AWESOME! I had to ship my little granddog to Hawaii last weekend, and Matt was so kind and sensitive to my anxiety and Hilde's as well. He reassured me of the care she'd receive in route an was very helpful in preparing her crate. She made it to her new home alive, healthy, and happy. Thanks, Matt! You and your staff are the best!
