⭐ 1 Star – Worst Experience. Drivers Beware. I arrived at Sprouts – 9652 Air Commerce Parkway, Orlando, FL at 4:40 AM. They gave me a door quickly, but after that this place turned into a complete disaster. They finished with me around 6:30 AM, told me to pull out, park, and wait for a call with my Bills of Lading. It’s now been almost 2 hours and I’m STILL sitting here waiting. No updates. No communication. Nothing. This is the kind of place that has zero respect for a driver’s time. Because of their disorganization, I’m now going to be late to my second appointment — something that could’ve been easily avoided if they knew how to run a dock properly. This is my first time at this location and honestly, it will also be my last. If you value your time, avoid this place. They’ll waste your entire morning without a second thought.
They don’t deserve even one Star, I am waiting for six hours for partial load, still waiting for paperwork!!!!!!!!!!
