Facility info
Operations Appointment required. Gate opens midnight for check-in, receiving staff assign doors. Most unloading happens between 12:30am-5:30am. After green light, must wait 1 hour before picking up paperwork — facility enforces this strictly. Lumper fee required (reported as reasonable to high, $260+ noted). No early unloads. Strict on appointment windows — arrive late and you may be turned away; receiving closes around 4am. Unload Times Highly variable. Fast runs reported: 1 hour or less. Typical: 2-5 hours. Slow runs: 6+ hours common. Multiple reports of 8-10 hour waits. Depends on pallets, load type, and staffing on any given night. Facility & Parking No overnight parking on-site. Street parking available but limited (fits ~4-5 trucks in driveway, rest park on street). Local police ticket for street parking in some cases. Truck stop 4 miles away ($16 cash). Facility reported as dirty and cluttered with debris, broken pallets, nails — watch tires. Restroom available if you ask receiving staff to buzz you through. Some staff very friendly and professional, others reported as rude or dismissive. Check-In Process Gate opens around midnight. Staff walks out with paperwork, assigns door number. Go to office, pay lumper fee upfront. Staff tells you to wait at least 1 hour after green light before returning for paperwork. No phone follow-up — watch for green light yourself or ask staff. Other Notes Receiving hours limited: midnight to ~4am only. High volume facility — expect 15-20+ trucks in line. Dock operations can be disorganized during peak times. Payment handling slow — multiple reports of long waits just for paperwork after unload. Staff professionalism mixed. Building entrance sign hard to see at night.

The worst! I lost $300 because of this company.
Easy peasy! Came in, got a door immediately, and got unloaded within one hour. Cedric at receiving was top notch! Thank you!
Was two hours late for a 4 AM appointment showed up at 6 AM but did call the day before because I blew a tire and let them know what was going on. They were kindly enough to accept me two hours late definitely a rare case for these food service warehouses, much appreciated.
