Arrived 1005 for 1100 appt, got docked right away. Pull up to gate and guard comes out to you. License needed, will make you slide tandems at gate and open both doors. Pull in and park in parking spot in front of driver entrance. Rest room and vending machines there. Detach from trailer and park beside it, wait for green light. When you get green light, attach to trailer and you HAVE to park in parking in front of driver entrance again. The cameras need to see their worker put the seal on your door. I had attempted to just pull to the side to check out but was told I need to be in a parking spot. Exit on other side of building (go all the way around building) where a guard comes to you again. In and out within 30min no issues for a drop and hook their is overnight parking outside by the street.
