Facility info

Wait times: Highly inconsistent. Majority of reviews report 4-7 hours from appointment to door assignment. Some drivers get in and out in 1-2 hours. Don't rely on appointment times—expect significant delays. Door assignment: Major bottleneck. Drivers frequently wait 2-5 hours past appointment time just to get a door. Gates/guards control this process and pace is unpredictable. Check-in: Park in front, walk to guard shack. Can check in early. Process is straightforward but doesn't speed up door access. Unloading: Once on the dock, lumpers typically work quickly (1-2 hours for full trailer). Lumper fees are expensive and vary. Payment process can add more waiting time. Overnight parking: Available both outside and inside facility. Drivers can arrive day before appointment. Staff attitude: Mixed. Some describe guards and staff as polite and professional. Others report rude or unhelpful behavior. Inconsistency across shifts. Bathroom facilities: Port-o-johns mentioned in at least one review. Not ideal. Yard conditions: Wide, spacious backing areas. Plenty of room to maneuver. General: This is a large distribution center. High volume of trucks daily. Double standard on appointment adherence—facility penalizes driver tardiness but doesn't respect driver time. If you take this load, plan for 5+ hours total time and bring food. Experienced drivers advise declining loads here when possible.
