Facility info

Appointment scheduling: Strictly appointment-only operation. Don't arrive early—facility enforces 15-minute window before appointment time, will turn you away otherwise. Multiple drivers report waiting extended periods after arriving too early. Some exceptions made on case-by-case basis, but don't count on it. Verify appointment details with broker before arrival—mismatches have occurred. Check-in and unload: Fast unloading once you get a door—typically 10-45 minutes for full loads. Check-in process straightforward. Facility will occasionally work you in early if circumstances allow, but this isn't standard practice. Docking: Receiving on back side of building (not FedEx side). Tight maneuvering area with U-turns required to face correct direction. Sight-side backs generally manageable. Some crowding from other drivers during peak times. Wait times: Usually quick once in a door. Issues arise mainly from early arrivals or appointment discrepancies. Full unload typically under 2 hours total. Parking: No overnight parking available at facility. Nearest options are Sapp Bros or Walmart across the street. Facility conditions: Clean, well-organized, adequate space for maneuvering. Restrooms clean. Soda machines available. Staff: Generally friendly and professional. Known for working efficiently. Accommodating when possible but strict on appointment windows. GPS: Use Google Maps if older GPS fails. Overall: Fast, efficient operation when you follow appointment protocol. Main complaint: rigid adherence to appointment times with no flexibility for early arrivals.
