It’s crap. Period. Check in with the camera at the same time you’re checking in with the guard. Waited 10 minutes and asked for an update. He says oh yeah here and hands me a slip he’s had filled out but was busy playing on his phone. Then sends me to the office where they ignored the bell for 5 minutes while saying “be right there” from somewhere behind the fence. This guy finally comes to the gate and has to double check if the empty is here, which I saw on my way around the building. He was gone another 5 minutes while the people on his radio were asking for him. Yeah all this for an empty. Plus it had more pallet shrapnel inside to sweep out than I’ve seen since I started working this job.
