Gap in operations 2am-6am means night deliveries will stall until 6am+ when staff returns. Trailer may be at dock but still waiting for unload crew. FACILITY CONDITIONS No overnight parking on-site. Gravel lot formerly available past receiving gate now blocked with traffic cones. Street parking reported. Bobtail parking exists but fills quickly with facility vehicles. Restrooms require leaving yard via security and walking through lot—not accessible during 2am-6am closure. Some facilities lack accessible restrooms for waiting drivers. SAFETY & PROCEDURES Safety vest required. Must slide tandems or facility will not touch trailer. Gate guards enforce parking restrictions strictly. Staff reportedly drive recklessly—excessive speed, ignore stop signs, near-misses with waiting drivers reported. STAFF Generally polite and friendly. Clear about wait time expectations. Some reports of disrespect toward drivers with non-traditional names. Office and gate staff more helpful than dock operations. DROP AND HOOK OPTION Ask gate if empty trailers available. If yes, can complete in under 30 minutes. Check before committing to live unload wait. BOTTOM LINE Plan for 8-10 hour minimum for live unload. Avoid if possible. Very bad experience at this warehouse They take an extremely long time to unload check in 5;00pm And empty next day Morning 7:00 Am almost 13 hours unloaded its super bad no respect for drivers time Due to the excessive delay to much my next load got cancel causing me financial loss Communication was bad and the waiting time was unacceptable I would prefer not to come to this warehouse again
checked in at 5:00 AM, and my appointment was at 6:00 AM. I’m still sitting at the dock, and it’s now 3:00 PM.<br><br>Never come to this company.<br><br>I would give Target Distribution Center zero stars. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.<br>All truck drivers, never come this company.<br>This is the worst place I have ever seen.<br>Never come before your appointment only they allowed 1 hour before your appointment
If I could give this place zero stars I would tried to check in 12hr before my appointment got turned away no problem came back a hr before my appointment they took me you have to drop your trailer and leave…..15 freaking hours later my trailer still isn’t even half way done

Got there 1 hour before my appointment the process is easy but took 7 hours to unload the trailer.
