Facility info
Operations Appointments required but frequently delayed 30 minutes to several hours past scheduled time Live unload with Capstone lumpers handling freight Check-in at guard shack; security staff consistently described as friendly and fast Unloading times: highly variable, ranging from 1 hour to 8+ hours; 4-6 hours typical Early arrivals (4am-6am for early appointments) can result in same-day dock assignment; later appointments face significant delays Lumper fees: $227-$600+ depending on load size Paperwork delays common; can add 1-2 hours after unload completion Seal check done via form (driver writes seal number) Wheel chock requirement; some reports of aggressive enforcement with threatened $500 fines Facility Experience Overnight parking available for 5am appointments only; limited spots fill quickly Street parking required for later appointments (Caley Ave area) Restroom available but some reports of closure or poor condition Guard/security staff consistently friendly and professional Receiving clerks: mixed reports; some noted rudeness, attitude issues Dock doors: some mechanical failures reported; staff may not know which doors are broken Yard can get congested with trucks; backing is straightforward No food service or significant amenities Multiple reports of property damage during unload (rough handling, boxes scattered) Bottom Line Plan for 3-6 hours minimum. Capstone lumpers are the bottleneck—slow and indifferent. Early morning appointments (5am-6am range) perform significantly better. Later appointments routinely miss next loads. Guard staff professional; overall operations disorganized with communication gaps between US Foods and receiving.

Only making this post to remind myself not to clever come back here 8+ hours unloading and still not done.
Got here at 6am appt time, didnt leave until 150pm, crazy.
EXTREMELY SLOW!!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!! Need to reschedule the second delivery. Also they like money, they will charge you for lumper. Charged me $375. Took 6 hours for 4 pallates. Lady in receiving office is extremely polite 😊
Everyone should stop delivering to places like this one until they can unload in a reasonable amount of time. Taking more than 2 hrs to unload is a abuse of drivers time. We will not deliver here again.
Absolutely a truckers nightmare. They have a 2 hour minimum even if you only have 1 pallet. They will charge you a rescheduling fee even though your on time for your appointment and they give you a 4 hour wait to get into a dock. They always double the pallet count as well so that the lumper gets paid.
