Facility info

Operations Appointment system in place; first come, first serve backup if dispatch miscommunicates Live unload (not drop and hook) Check in at receiving office with load details—critical to confirm they know you're there and what you're delivering Unload times typically 15 minutes to 1.5 hours depending on load size Wait times inconsistent: some drivers in/out in 45 minutes; others report 1-3+ hour waits before being serviced Contact info issues—phone numbers in system don't reliably work; verify arrival confirmation in person Facility Experience No overnight parking on property or nearby streets Restroom access reported as locked/unavailable during some visits Staff attitude mixed but mostly positive—receiving/dock personnel frequently praised for friendliness and professionalism; some office/management personnel reported as rude or unhelpful Parking lot confusing with multiple businesses; high truck/employee/visitor traffic creates tight maneuvering; backing into dock doors tight for newer drivers (assistance available) Yard security drives recklessly and inattentively Facility cleanliness concern: roaches reported Dock operations efficient once process starts; communication clear when assigned to a door General Multiple locations/operations under Taylor Farms name—experiences vary Chemistry between individual staff members and driver experience matters significantly Layout/coordination issues can cause confusion and delays if arrival not pre-confirmed
