CHECK-IN & APPOINTMENTS Check-in at guard shack consistently slow—often 1+ hour even with appointment. Arrive exactly on appointment time; early arrivals get turned away. Appointment confirmation can be unreliable (booking errors happen). Must have order number ready. Guards come out to inspect trailer doors for cleanliness (debris larger than 1/4 inch must be removed). LOADING/UNLOADING Highly variable wait times. Preload drops typically faster than live loads. Live loads can stretch 5-7+ hours. Loading/unloading pace is slow and inconsistent. Trailers occasionally loaded late, loaded into wrong company trailers, or loaded overweight—rework adds additional hours. Some drivers report 2-4 hour waits after arriving at dock. No guaranteed timeline even with appointment. OPERATIONS Preload (drop and hook) available—can be quick when not backed up. Live loads standard but slow. On-site scale. Trailer inspection required—tandems must be slid to back before arriving. One-way circulation around facility at 15 mph. Facility operates 24/7. Security gate checkout adds 30+ minutes. FACILITY & AMENITIES Two porta potties only (not adequate). Breakroom with restroom, coffee, vending machines reported by some but not confirmed across reviews. Street parking unavailable within 3 miles. Tight lot maneuvering—one-way setup makes backing difficult with long trailers. Wide lanes and spaced parking when inside facility. Dead-end street access. No dumpster. STAFF Mixed. Security guards range from helpful/courteous to slow and unfamiliar with check-in procedures. Some staff friendly and professional; others described as rude, entitled, uncaring about driver time. Communication between departments poor—drivers report confusion about dock assignments and load status. CONSISTENCY Highly inconsistent experience. Some drivers in/out in 30 minutes; others waste 8+ hours. Understaffed. Quality depends heavily on shift and timing.
Driver reviews
Kinda slow check in process. Check in on your phone and again with the guy. Friendly check in. Stupid direction so u-turn or blind back. Dropped empty then one-way circle around to get loaded trailer.<br>Broken scale, gotta get out and check tandem weight. Semi accurate. OVERWEIGHT!!! Off to nearest CAT Scale! Rialto travel center. 3-trucks in line to scale, each one stopped and blocked the scale to go collect their ticket in the long line at 7-11 in convenience store. 30-minutes later get my ticket and yeah, 220-pounds overweight!! California has no grace! So 2hours later(between check in, attach, check out, and scale, then alternative offsite scale) I’m finally back in a door getting reworked. Coulda been okay, instead furious miserable time wasting experience. Gross weight 77,500, so it was the loaders fault. When I complained the security guard said they can’t retain employees so that’s probably why loaders always messing up. I was forewarned from all the other reviews.
Very nice 👍 company!! All automated systems!!
Terrible check in process. The set up looks professional, many people at the gate but one of the worst check in experience ever
The female staff working at the entrance is very helpful and really very professional 🥇
