Door assignment varies—sometimes immediate, often delayed 1-3+ hours past appointment time. Once in door, loading/unloading typically 1.5-2 hours but frequently extends to 4-6+ hours. Wait times are the biggest complaint across reviews. Reefer loads: maintain over 3/4 full or will be sent to refuel. FACILITY EXPERIENCE No overnight parking on-site. Nearby truck stops (7-Eleven, TA/Pilot) fill up quickly. Indoor restrooms and vending machines available. Ample yard space for maneuvering and backing. Security gate staff consistently praised as friendly and helpful. Shipping office staff mixed—some very accommodating, others short-tempered. Dock workers generally professional. Facility is clean and well-maintained. Do not open or break seals on doors during docking—facility handles from inside. Inspect trailers carefully before departure; some reports of flat tires and loose load bars left behind. BOTTOM LINE Drop and hook runs smooth and predictable. Live loads are a gamble on timing—can be fast or consume most of your day. Staging area parking available during load/unload. Plan accordingly with hours and meal breaks.
