OPERATIONS Appointment-only facility — don't show up early without confirming. Miss your appointment window and you're waiting hours or getting turned away. Call the posted number when you arrive for door assignment. Check-in by phone, not in person. Drop and hook — place BOL in trailer, they unload. No live load. Unload times highly variable: 30 minutes to 3+ hours depending on load size and dock availability. Small loads (3 pallets, 1/4 load) still see 1–2.5 hour waits. Stop receiving at 11 a.m. — arrive later and you won't get in. FACILITY EXPERIENCE Overnight parking available on side/curb of building (limited, 2–3 spots). Park along curb to not block dock doors. No restrooms available before/after hours. Pilot truck stop 8 miles away on I-70. Staff quality inconsistent: some reviews praise friendly/fast service; others report rude, slow, unmotivated staff and poor phone responsiveness. Tight maneuvering space for some loads (scrap deliveries). Otherwise decent backing room. Early morning appointments (6–9 a.m.) generally faster turnarounds.

Great place. Had a 8am appt got in the dock at 6am out by 645 I was out. FCFS
Company is not accommodating at all,I deliver LTL,Veritiv had to move 1 pallet to get to their pallet,they refused the shipment as I was told it would take to long to move it,have not heard anything good about this place except for the very pleasant lady working in receiving/reception, since you can't show - stars i give them a ZERO!
Park along the curb as to not block the drivers backing into the docks just a bit small here but attainable Overnite parking along the curb
