Drop and hook available and faster (30 min–2 hours typical); live unload is the bottleneck here. Appointment scheduling mandatory but arrival 30–60 min early common; overbooking is a known problem. Staff attitude highly inconsistent—receiving office ranges from very rude/dismissive to accommodating; guard shack generally friendly and helpful. Receiving staff has enforced policies strictly (phone use at window, all paperwork required, mandatory photo documentation before checkin). Yard/dock operations sometimes hostile to backing drivers; equipment damaged by rough forklift operators reported. No overnight truck parking on-site; street/ramp parking risky (local PD issues $1000+ tickets); nearest truck stop 18 miles away. Fuel up to 3/4 tank if running reefer (no nearby diesel). Yard condition dirty per multiple reports; bathrooms available but quality varies. Photo checkin policy mandatory (trailer, door number, landing gear, air lines, truck-to-trailer clearance)—must complete in rain or other weather. Food truck nearby (Rodriguez); vending machines have expired drinks.

This facility used to conduct business quickly and efficiently but in the last few years getting unloaded takes way longer than it should facility personal while polite don't seem to be concerned with the fact that when you don't perform well it reflects on the facility I've been to multiple Walmart distribution facilities and I would have to say that I used to not mind coming to ochelata they were quick efficient and polite but not so much anymore I would like to see the facility return to way it used to be so that the experience here would be better for everyone
I have been to this Walmart DC before I don’t recall any issues. It may have took 3 to 5 hours to unload. I will update on this delivery but 30 minutes away on highway 75 there is a truck stop that has sufficient room for 10 or 20 trucks if not 30 at no cost to park ,is where I waited at until and hour and a half before delivery time. The name of this truckstop is called: Copan Truck Stop 7440 US-75, Copan, OK 74022. to be continued… My apologies I had forgot to complete this, and I am vague on the timeframe as I recall it was less than three hours. No issues.
One hour before appointment and out in 2 hours be ready to disconnect and take paperwork at 515 and also easy backing
