I sent this to OK D.O.T. just now.<br><br>Dear Tim Gatz,<br><br>Milo's Tea Company at<br>7475 N 75th E Ave, Owasso, OK 74055<br>is forcing drivers to break the law and the companies we drivers work for are not helping us. Maybe you can.<br><br>We get assigned a specific time to pick up the load and many times it's near the end of our 11 or 14 hour clock. Milo's takes their time loading us and sometimes they do not even have all the product ready, leaving us sitting for a few hours. When they finally get us loaded, they force us to leave, even knowing we do not have the hours available to drive legally. They expect us to use Personal Conveyance to go to the nearest safe haven, which is usually many miles down the road. I told them they were forcing us to run illegal and they said they do not care. They said the only option would be to unload what was already on the truck and make us leave without the load, which would still be done on Personal Conveyance with no duty hours remaining. Please help. My company I work for will not even help me. They refuse to listen to me that using Personal Conveyance in this manner, essentially furthering the load Off Duty, is illegal. Thank you for what you can do!

If you don’t want to be returned back, come only 1 hour before your appointment and you will get loaded very fast.
Not too bad. Checked in a little early. In and out at 2 hours. No parking on site tho. But I was just told to park somewhere out the way. I didn't go anywhere else. Didn't wait too long for a door.
