Facility info
Appointment required. Gate opens around 5:30-6:00 am; check-in at door 20. Early arrivals may get immediate dock assignment. Live load/pickup operation. Unloading times wildly inconsistent — reports range from 30 minutes to 5+ hours. Some drivers loaded in 1 hour; others waited 3-5 hours after appointment time with minimal activity. Check-in process slow. Long lines at check-in/checkout; can take as long as the actual load/unload. No overnight parking. QT and Love's truck stops nearby (Love's about 1 mile out). QT parking fills quickly. Washrooms available inside building. Dock/yard conditions rough. Messy parking lots and dock areas — back in carefully. Manual, somewhat disorganized operation. Staff inconsistent. Some very professional and friendly; others unprofessional, unfriendly, gate staff reportedly don't verify seals or show engagement. Attitude varies shift to shift. Dock doors assigned quickly once checked in, but loading speed unpredictable. One trailer noted overweight at 35,000 lbs. Come prepared to wait. Even with appointment, expect delays. Bring food and patience. Appointment times not reliably honored.

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Long Wait

Very bad experience at Kenco Warehouse. Even with an appointment time, drivers are made to wait for a very long time. There is no respect for the scheduled appointment times, and the whole process is extremely slow.

Truck drivers have schedules to maintain, but the excessive waiting here wastes hours and causes unnecessary delays. The warehouse seriously needs to improve its appointment system and loading/unloading process.

Very frustrating experience. Expect a long wait even if you arrive on time for your appointment.
