New Era online shopping is the worst experience from this address. My Auto Fill accidentally put my old address. I found it two minutes after the purchase. I asked either change shipping address or cancel this purchase to renew my address. The customer service lied to me that they shipped already next day! and cannot change... The hat arrived today after 2 weeks of domestic mailing, which most likely they lied to me. They became typical rough business practice and they do not care individual customers any more, it seems. They lower the quality of business and I will never buy a hat from New Era again. Good luck with egoistic profitable management style. People hate you guys these years because getting wrose and more expensive.
