Facility info
LOAD/UNLOAD TIMES: Wildly inconsistent. Range from 30 minutes to 8+ hours. Some drivers report quick service (under an hour), others face 5-7+ hour waits for single doors. Paperwork processing frequently takes longer than actual loading/unloading. APPOINTMENTS: Strict appointment-based system. Late arrivals incur $200+ fees and go to back of line. Early arrivals may get in ahead of scheduled time if facility isn't busy. LIVE LOAD: Available. Some reports of quick turnaround. CHECK-IN: First-come-first-serve within appointment slots. Will allow early reefer pre-cooling while waiting for appointment time. WAIT TIMES: Highly variable and unpredictable. Paperwork delays are chronic — drivers regularly wait 1-2 hours for bills after physical loading is complete. Office staff sometimes slow or unavailable. SAFETY/WEIGHT: Scale on-site. Watch your weight carefully — overweight loads can't be corrected same day if discovered near closing. Staff may be rough handling pallets during adjustments. FACILITY EXPERIENCE: Cold storage warehouse — bring heavy coat. Small docks with limited maneuvering space. Yard is small. Overnight street parking available (.7 miles from Flying J). No overnight parking at facility itself. Bathroom reported as dirty. STAFF: Inconsistent. Some genuinely friendly and helpful; others described as rude, lazy, or having attitude problems. Check-in window staff quality varies widely. NAVIGATION: Exit 76, first exit past Flying J, take exit at bottom of ramp, first business on right. LOCATION: Hard to find for some drivers.

Friendly staff. Had 2pm appointment. Checked in at 11am but they gave me door at 2pm and 4pm i was out. Overnight parking available. Lots of room for backing. It might be quicker for other drivers as there was some issue in my order and they were waiting for customer's approval that took time.
