OPERATIONS Appointment scheduling mandatory; call at midnight or 12:30 AM for door assignments (sometimes as early as 11:30 PM) Forced to use Capstone lumper service regardless of driver unload designation Check-in at Gate 1 (frozen) or Gate 2 (produce); can check in early (up to 12 hours before appointment) Arrive 1 hour before appointment to improve wait times Walk paperwork/bills to receiving window near Door 49 or Door 17 Lumper fees: $310–$460+ depending on load size; pay before unloading begins Digital lumper system Drop and hook available for some loads; live unload typical for perishables $1,500 fine for leaving after checking in without unloading Spotters operate at high speeds in yard; stay alert FACILITY EXPERIENCE Unload times: highly inconsistent. Range from 45 minutes to 6+ hours. Average 3–4 hours for frozen loads; frozen consistently slower than dry Paperwork delays severe and chronic—often 1–3 hours after unload completion, sometimes 6+ hours On-site overnight parking available in staging area across street (near railroad tracks). Forklifts mix with foot traffic in warehouse Staff attitude: mixed. Security guards and gate staff generally professional and friendly; dock workers and Capstone crew variable. Some drivers report unprofessional behavior Yard tight; tight docking areas; some experienced drivers needed multiple attempts to back in Facility cleanliness: some reports of trash and broken pallets left in trailers Capstone service quality inconsistent—sometimes efficient, often slow with unexplained delays Performance is "hit or miss" depending on day/staffing ADDITIONAL NOTES Frozen loads take significantly longer than other freight Load counts sometimes disputed between driver

The wait time to be unloaded is absolutely ridiculous and their docks have the worst potholes I have ever seen at a warehouse, I got my truck stuck in a pothole while trying to back into dock 103. I wasn’t able to make it home on time because it takes them hours to receive ONE pallet. I hope you like sleeping because you will get plenty of down time here!
