  Terrible! This place has had my package for six days now and won’t deliver it to Ocean Springs Tractor Supply which is a 25 minute drive! I even offered to pick it up and they won’t allow me for liability reasons!

  Wish I could give no stars. Shipment was due to be delivered today. Tracking shows my shipment has been in a local service center about 15 miles from me since 7 AM. When I called Customer Service, I was told they didn't have a lift gate truck and it would be next week before they could "possibly" get one and make the delivery. Why, as a "shipping company", isn't the appropriate equipment available for the orders you accept? Incompetence at it's finest. I have already called my shipper to let them know that I will never order anything from them again if they continue to use XPO.

  Paid $150 for shipping. I met the driver to receive the delivery, and he said that the "lift gate service" was not included in my freight charge. He said he would call his boss to see what he could do. His boss told him it would cost me an extra $250 for the "lift gate service!!" $250 to press a button on a lift gate that's right there on the back of the truck, which would have been quicker and safer for the driver and myself vs what we did to unload it. Luckily, we got the 400lb shipment out without injury or damage to the product after basically dropping it to the ground.

  Had a pallet of equipment shipped thru this company. The day that the order was supposed to be delivered, got a call from the driver and thought the shipment was almost here. Instead was told that the truck with the lift gate was broke and that I would have to come pick it up instead. Was also told that the manager was out and I would have to catch the driver at the location. This gave me only a little over an hour to find a truck or trailer to be able to haul what I ordered. Got all of that together and I guess the driver was stuck in traffic or something, so I ended up waiting another hour and a half at this facility before I could pick up my items. So not how I wanted to spend a morning, especially since I paid for delivery.
