I would avoid shipping with Kuehne & Nagel at all costs in future. Unfurtantely I have to state from all ocean carriers we are using, K&N has the worst service and asks for the highest prices.<br>No information is provided proactively... you need to run after every bit of paper/documents. Besides this it's hard to reach anyone, mails are not going to be answered as well.<br>All these circumstances make it hard to find a base to work with these people.
Horrible company. They wasted 2 weeks for a new account and declined us for no good reason. We called numerous numbers from past K+N contacts and nobody picks up the phone or the line is long disconnected. Same with emails. Can't be trusted.
Awful experience - avoid at all costs.
