Facility info

OPERATIONS Appointment-only facility — arrive early and you'll wait Live unload required; QC inspection holds up process significantly Check-in procedure: present paperwork, then stage and wait for dock assignment Wait times: 2-8+ hours reported frequently; some loads take 5-7 hours to unload single or partial trailers One case of load rejection due to pallet condition (no inspection of product itself) Temperature-controlled environment (-10°F reefer loads noted) FACILITY EXPERIENCE Overnight parking: limited or unclear; street parking next to building mentioned as option, but not guaranteed Restroom access: inconsistent — some drivers allowed use, others denied; one report of no restroom access during 10+ hour load Staff attitude: mixed — described as "nice" and "friendly" in some reviews, but also "bad attitude" and unresponsive (won't answer phone/door) in others Tight facility with minimal waiting area — no room to park early Yard access: no gate; can be difficult to back in due to traffic on road BOTTOM LINE Appointments are mandatory and strictly enforced. Plan for significant unload delays (4-8 hours common). QC process is a major bottleneck. Restroom and parking availability unpredictable. Go by appointment time exactly — arriving early gains nothing but idle time.

Made in Columbus Ohio, but can't be bought here. When I drive by the plant on my way home, it smells so good. The original restaurant was in Columbus, but you don't sell here? Please explain this company leadership.

I dont understand what the problem is here. I arrived at 11:30 for a 11:45 appointment. It was only one truck in the dock. I checked in, they took my paperwork and said they had to get the truck that's in the dock then they will get me in. The whole time the truck in the dock was just staged in the dock. They came and told him to open his doors and back in. He stated that he had been in the dock for 2 hours before that. When he left, I staged and since someone was in the door watching I got out and went in. Only for then to tell me to just wait, once QC is ready they will let me know when to open doors and back in. Its 4:30 and im still waiting to be told to open my doors and back in. The workers seemed pretty nice, no one seemed to have any attitudes and they did allow me to gear up with PPE and use the restroom. I even watched another truck come in and get loaded all while im just sitting. This is ridiculous.
