The unloading was slow and lazy as hell , finished the unloading,and lazy to turn the light green ,they don’t care about wasting ur time as soon as dropped the trailer and putting the lock pad in emergency lane 👎🏻
This location received a package from me for exchange. I have the fed ex proof of delivery. It was signed for by RRuda. They are the Birkenstock returns center. One month later they still have my money and my shoes. They have not agreed to refund me or send the right pair of shoes because they “don’t show the return in their system”. I have sent the fed ex tracking info to them. This is criminal.
