No concern for drivers time. Won't answer the phone but if you keep redialing them eventually they stop hitting the ignore button at the service desk and answer. Extremely high late fees. Absolutely no professional courtesy or edicut. Load incorrect trailers for drop loads then make you wait over 5 hours for them to fix. Ladies on evenings and nights have an I'm better than you and I don't need to help you attitude. Worst place I have been to 20 years
Here on 11/11/25 at 3:30 PM. The security lady at the guard shack had a terrible attitude...laughing and chatting on her phone while I waited to be checked in. The lady at the counter wasn't any better. First time at this location and the reception was nothing like other Lineage sites. Completely unprofessional and honestly the main reason I'd avoid coming back here again. The one star is for. their yard which is not bad to maneuver
Hrible place. sitting on a puck up 15 hours and then have to drive all night non stop just to be in time for delivery. never again.why ministry of transportation fines poor drivers insted shippers and receivers who don't care about HOS and safety at all.
Only good thing is they let you park on site if you are early and have restroom. Expect to sit for at least 8 hours after your appt time. My appt was at 11 pm. They started loading me at 4 am and done at 5 am. But made me swap doors because they took my load locks off and load was not secured. If you are able to check before you leave about load secured I would definitely do it. *update- these people are thieves for somereason. They said my load locks are not anywhere to be seen. I walked in the trailer and they have been taken out. We are not allowed on the docks either.
Was told to come back 1 hour before appointment. Check in 8:30pm for 9:30pm. Got paperwork 4am.
