Operator: Agile Cold Storage
Facility info
Self check-in via QR code; security guards available to help. Door assignments texted to you. Appointments strictly enforced — won't assign doors before scheduled time even if bays empty. Load/unload typically 30 mins; inconsistent on small picks (some report 2+ hours for single skids). No overnight parking. Bathrooms available near dock area; trucker lounge clean. Staff generally friendly; facility clean. Entrance/exit layout poorly designed — tight squeeze, will block employee entrance if truck queued ahead.
Driver reviews
The facility has a very large lot with plenty of space for trucks, but it’s not well organized. There were many empty spots, yet it still took a long time to get in, get loaded, and get out. Traffic at both the entrance and exit was heavy, which made the whole process slow and frustrating.
First time here No overnight night parking Plenty of spaces to back into your door Unloaded quickly Clean parking If you run out of drive time you can sleep here and gain ur time again. If you clean your trailers out DRIVERS..pick up after yourself. This is why we cant stay at places due to messy drivers with no respect.
Worst place , take 4 hours to load 3 skids
Backed right in dock to unload and reload
