Operator: Lineage
Facility info
Operations: Appointment scheduling mandatory; arrive on time or face $160–$270 late fee. Check in at guard shack with paperwork number, phone, license. Wait times brutal and unpredictable: 4–14+ hours common. Some loaded in 1 hour, others stuck 10+ hours at dock with no updates. Live load and live unload available; drop and hook sometimes misloaded or forgotten. Paperwork delays add 1–2 hours after loading complete. Slide tandems to rear, leave doors closed. Must watch for green light to proceed—no phone calls. Facility experience: Overnight parking available on-site (contradictory reviews; some say no parking, others confirm it exists). Staging area if you arrive early. Bathrooms clean, vending machines available, plenty of space to maneuver trailers. Staff attitude inconsistent: some shifts very professional and friendly; others rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Know that asking questions or showing frustration triggers hostile responses. Common complaints: staff on phones during check-in, no communication on load status, left sitting at docks forgotten, loads placed on wrong trailers, load locks stolen, no verification trailers are secured.
Driver reviews
Well, time wise they did ok. Checked in at 9:30am for a 11:30 app. Got a door right away, started loading about 11:40,finished about 1:20. Here's the problem, they loaded a 32,200 lbs load heavy on the drives. Scaled at 33,860 with 3/4 tank of fuel. The gal in the guard shack, who was very nice, said it happens all the time. Everyone was nice and professional, the facilities just isn't managed very well at all 🥴. Be safe out there and God Bless.
Bad attitudes all over the place from these workers. A drop and hook turned into a live load where i sat for 6 hours waiting to get loaded. Annoying place annoying people. The waiting room to get your load is a total disaster. Totally disorganized and unhelpful and slow as hell.
It's my belief everyone that works here is high. They damaged my trailer during loading. Didn't say anything about it just close the doors and sent me on my way. Shipping and receiving by door 85.
Worst place, no one is helpful, everyone try to avoid to do their job moreover not pleasant has rudeness on their faces specially the lady at guard shack. It took me about six hours to get out of that place, but the worst part is when i opened my trailer here in CA. As we all know they open doors inside and seal inside after loading. They are not responsibly do their job because if they wanna do like this then they suppose to put all the load bars back in to the trailer and secure the load. But no my load was without any load bar, my e-track load bars were not in there, e-track bars are expensive than regular load bars. Not happy at all with this place.
When pulling in, the side to the left is friendly, professional and fast, hence the 3 stars (they deserve 5). Of course, if you have a trailer full, it's going to take some time. If coming to the right side... be prepared for an attitude, no acknowledgement of your existence, a long wait while being checked in, the window being closed on you with no "I'll be right with you" or anything polite like that. Bring food and drinks and patience... lots of patience. Come inside, fill out a form BEFORE going to the window, make sure it's time stamped by their little stamper. Your p/u or delivery numbers will start with the following and nothing else: U110 OR 0720 for p/u U110 OR I720 for delivery WEIGH YOUR LOAD!!!! Good luck, I hope this helps and your experience is better than most. Be safe and keep the rubber on the road.
