Live unloads: Expect significant delays. Multiple reports of 5-12+ hour waits despite scheduled appointments. First shift reportedly slower than second shift. Slow forklift pace (one load every 8-10 minutes noted). Avoid if possible. Check-in: Go left of scale, no need to exit truck. Security guard will direct you. Follow signs to shipping and receiving. Appointment scheduling: Appointments don't guarantee timely service. Drivers report checking in on time but waiting hours past appointment time. Wait times: Highly variable. Some complete in 1-2 hours; others wait 5+ hours or longer. Live loads significantly worse than drop and hook. Overnight parking: Available for short breaks (10-hour breaks noted), but no official overnight parking. Restrooms: Not available according to drivers. Yard conditions: Tight space but manageable for backing. Clean facility. Raw chicken smell present. Possible ongoing construction in some areas. QA process can be strict regarding seal breaking. Security gate: Can be slow and thorough. Daytime security reported as professional and friendly. Other: Onsite food available. Been here 3 hrs & 15 minutes waiting for a dock & still waiting for a dock when I have asked a couple of times & they call Lynette she keeps giving different excuses. I don't know how long I will be waiting & I have called the broker to see if they could do anything. I just know I won't be coming back here because instead of unloading the live loads first she been putting dropped trailers in first which is stupid especially when you have a live unload waiting to get unloaded!!
The drive getting here was draining coming from Broken Bow. a lot of sharp curves, locals mad because your driving slow. The lady at the guard shack was nice to me. Even let me do my 10 hour as long as I stayed out the way and didnt make any noise.
Very small place no overnight. Next truck stop to parking 30 miles away bad road sharp curve , mountains and low speed .
Security they will not accept you to inside the plant because it’s very small place a lot of empty trailers everywhere..
Waiting 4 hours to unload
